Established in 1986, Contemporary Information Corp is a Duluth, Georgia-based provider of criminal records and tenant screening services. The company provides housing court cases and other files directly to resellers, via direct-to-end user sales for tenant screening purposes, and under a direct-to-consumer model. Contemporary Information Corp (CIC) strives to differentiate services based on a concerted effort to uphold the highest standards of quality. CIC is a member of several professional organizations, including the National Consumer Reporting Association (NCRA). CIC president William Bower was a founding member of the National Association of Professional Background Screening, now the Professional Background Screening Association.
